Tatted Christmas Stocking

Tatted Christmas Stocking

I’ve had a number of requests for a Christmas stocking lately, so I thought I’d put one together. This little stocking is perfect for adding as a decoration to a card or a gift package. It’s about three inches long when stitched with size 20 thread.

This design is experienced beginner level and uses one shuttle. I used size 20 thread in emerald green, Christmas red, white, and bright yellow.

Make one for each flower. Glue or sew in the center of each flower and add seed beads if you’d like.

The visual pattern is a little messy this time, unfortunately. I’ve had trouble seeing lately (nothing permanent, just need a quick trip to the doctor), and my software decided to act up. I hope it’s still readable!
