This design is the result of a request from one of my newsletter subscribers, and it was such fun to make! As I worked it, I kept thinking of how many different cupcakes you can make with this. Plus, you can add beads to the frosting for sprinkles if you want.

This is a beginner pattern and requires one shuttle. It is about 3.25 inches wide (8 cm) by 2.75 inches tall (7 cm) when done with size 40 thread.

I used Lizbeth size 40 thread in color 601 white, color 679 lime green, and color 671 Christmas red.
