Tatted Bunny

Tatted Bunny

We have a plethora of bunnies in our neighborhood this year. I have to be careful as I drive in the morning that I don’t hit one. I’m starting to wonder what the hawks and foxes have been up to this spring. Maybe there are so many that they’ve had enough to eat without coming in our neighborhood.

The bunnies are cute, though, and I’ve enjoyed watching them. One has taken to sitting most of the day under the tree in our front yard and has kept the grass nice and short there. I sure wish he’d take care of the rest of the lawn!

So far they’ve stayed out of my garden, thank goodness!

Since I’ve seen so many this year, I decided I needed to make a little tatted one. This design is really quick so you can make them multiply almost as fast as the real ones if you want to.

This design is beginner level and uses two shuttles. I used size 20 Lizbeth Summer Fun thread (color 104).
