We apologize for the website going down this morning. We experienced a power outage. Unfortunately, the city found an issue that needs to be repaired, and so there will be another power outage while the city repairs the issue. The repair is schedule for Tuesday, the 8th of October at 10am Mountain Time USA . This repair is scheduled to take about an hour, and the website will be down during this time.
