This was a gift from me to my grandmother. She recently passed away after a very long illness, so I have it back. It will be a nice little reminder of her for me.
I used DMC #80 variegated tatting thread. The pattern is named “Saturn Ring” and is in Traditional Tatting Patterns, edited by Rita Weiss. Unfortunately, this book is no longer in print but you might be able to find a copy if you are willing to hunt one down.
